State & Local Policy

The primary policy levers for preventing radon exposure are radon-resistant new construction (RRNC), radon testing, home-buyer notification/awareness, and professional licensing/certification. Each of these policies will contribute to the cause; together they present a winning combination to protect occupants of all homes.
