Residential Measurement Provider: Standard Services

   Step 1:   Take an NRPP-approved entry-level measurement course

   Step 2:   Take and Pass the NRPP Measurement Exam

   Step 3:   Complete and Submit the NRPP Initial Application for Certification 

 

Residential Measurement Provider:  Analytical Services

   Step 1:   Take an NRPP-approved entry-level measurement course

   Step 2:   Take and Pass the NRPP Measurement Exam

   Step 3:   Complete a Device Performance Test

   Step 4:   Complete and Submit the NRPP Initial Application for Certification

 

Residential Mitigation Provider

   Step 1:   Take an NRPP approved entry-level measurement course (Prerequisite)

   Step 2:   Take an NRPP approved entry-level mitigation course

   Step 3:   Take and Pass the NRPP Mitigation Exam

   Step 4:   Complete and Submit the NRPP Initial Application for Certification


Analytical Laboratory

   Step 1:   Select a lab Responsible Party who is NRPP certified as a Residential Measurement       Provider.  

   Step 2:    Either you, the Responsible Party or an NRPP certified professional from your lab must complete a Device Performance Test for any and all analytical device type(s)

   Step 3:   Complete and Submit the NRPP Analytical Laboratory Initial Application

   Step 4:   Complete and Submit the NRPP Analytical Laboratory Attest Forms

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

*You will be required to submit and complete the NRPP initial application process before these anniversary dates: 

  • NRPP approved entry-level courses are valid for two years. 
  • NRPP Certification Exam scores are valid for 1 year. 

NRPP is currently accepting some state certifications, that are active and in good standing, in lieu of course and exam requirements. Please contact the NRPP Administrative Office for further information. 

Certifications Are Valid For 2 Years

To maintain certifications, professionals must recertify. This means completing continuing education, and other requirements that pertain to a particular certification(s), and completing and submitting NRPP Recertification Forms and the proper recertification fees. Please visit How To Recertify for further information.
